Using the Salik website and the Smart Application

- The client opens the RTA Dubai App, selects Salik, and then selects Tag Activation.
- The client provides the necessary information.
- Through the RTA Dubai App, the customer can quickly make the necessary changes to the vehicle after the tag has been successfully activated.
Via the Salik call center
- 80072545 is the number the customer uses to reach the call center.
- The client complies with the voice directions.
- The client supplies the tag numbers and the specifics of the necessary paperwork.
- The Salik tag is now active.

Conditions and Terms
- Before being notified that the transaction was successfully completed, the customer must finish all necessary steps.
- The customer must use one of his Salik tags, if he has more than one, to finish the registration process and make a new account.
- The customer can create a SALIK online account after receiving the account and pin code via SMS. This will enable him to access his account information online and subsequently use it for all other Salik services.
