  4. The insured individual must not have been fired for disciplinary reasons in accordance with the federal government’s labor and human resources laws or other applicable laws.
  5. After the employment relationship ends or the labor dispute is resolved, the claim must be filed within 30 days.
  6. There must be no pending work absence complaints against the insured individual.
  7. Fraud, dishonesty, or the establishment of the employer’s falsity should not be the foundation of the claim.
  8. Regardless of whether they caused damage, strikes or non-peaceful protests cannot be the cause of the job loss.
  9. The insured individual needs to be in the nation.
